Ralph Chester Dyer, Jr. age 52, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2005 in Independence, VA. Ralph was born on August 16, 1953 in Benton Harbor Michigan. He is survived by his children Greg (Pauline) Bambic of Peachtree City, GA, Geof (Tracy) Bambic of Bellville, IL, Michelle Gallimore and special friend Cathy Hunley of Hillsville, Stephanie (Carl) Templeton of Hillsville, Tania Dyer and special friend Leann Carlson of Hillsville and Michael Dyer (Hindia) of Chesapeake, VA.

He is also survived by his brothers Peter (RuthAnn) Dyer of Dayton, OH and Joseph Charles (Joyce) Dyer of Glendale, AZ; sisters Terry (Larry) King of Port Huron, MI, Mary (Dave) Hotchkiss of Jonesboro, AR and Virginia (Ralph) Waterman, of Edwardsburg, MI and 16 grandchildren.

Mr. Dyer was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph C. Dyer, Sr. of Okeechobee, FL and Rena Dyer (Joe) Pequignot of Dayton, OH.

The family will hold a memorial service for Mr. Dyer on Saturday, April 22, 2006 from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M. at the home of daughter Michelle Gallimore at 60 Hidden Pines Lane in Hillsville.
