Rafus Walls, 82, of Hillsville, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents Adam and Martha Ann Bullion Walls; grandson Ernie Wayne Quesinberry.

Mr. Walls is survived by his wife Josephine C. Walls of the home; daughter and son in-law Gloria Gail and Michael P. Griffin of Hillsville; two sons and daughters in-law, Tex A. and Peggy Walls of Hillsville, and Tim M. and Linda Walls of Woodlawn; two sisters, Hazel Ogle of Woodlawn, and Bessie Frost of Woodlawn; brother, Harve Walls of Woodlawn; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery in Woodlawn, VA. Officiating will be members of the family. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
