Preston Turner, 78, of Laurel Fork, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. Mr. Turner was born in Texas to the late Theodore and Pauline Wright Turner. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son, Gregory Turner and his wife, Ina Opal Beasley. Survivors include his sons, Douglas Turner of Las Vegas, NV and Jerry Turner of Laurel Fork; and brother and sister-in-law, John and Ruby Turner of Morristown, TN. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
