Phyllis Dickson Snow, 82 of Galax, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows. Mrs. Snow was born in Fries, Virginia to the late Larry Columbus and Mattie Blanche Dickson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wilburn Snow; and siblings, Faye Weinbach, Larry Jackson Dickson, and Nancy Rector.

Survivors include her children, Larry Snow and Sharon of Fancy Gap, Terry Allen Snow of Galax, and Tracy Snow and Steve Kitts of Beckley, WV; sister, Donnie Vittur and David of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren and spouse, Tyler Snow, Nathan and Julia Snowfrock, Alyssa Snow, and Sarah Kitts; great-grandchildren, Josie Snow, Camille Snow, and Malachi Snow; many nieces and nephews and other special family members.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ray Bolen officiating. Burial will follow in the Morris Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Morris Cemetery c/o Morris Branscome 214 Edgewood Drive, Hillsville, VA 24343. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
