Peggy (Austin) L. Goad 76 of Austinville, Virginia passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Wythe County Community Hospital. She was born to the late Telford and Mary Austin, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Joyce Frazier and Theresa Goad; brother, Mickey Austin.

Survivors include her sons, Larry Lineberry and Jeff Lineberry; daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Jerry Sharpe; honorary daughter, Gabby Coleman and husband Jimmy; grandsons, Wilson C. Sharpe, and Tanner Lineberry and wife Brooke; sisters, Dorothy Burnette, Kat Horton, and Sue Nester. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
