Patsy Burnette Farmer, 72, of Hillsville, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 21 ^st , 2022.  She was born in Woodlawn, Virginia on September 26, 1950 to the late Clise Burnette and Ethel Carter Burnette. In additional to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Farmer and son Randall Farmer.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Christina Bedsaul and Wayne of Hillsville; granddaughter Emily Carrico and Jason of Galax, Virginia; grandsons William Farmer and Austin Farmer both of Hillsville; great grandsons Lucas Higgins and Rylan Higgins; sisters Barbara Robinson, Carol Leonard, Dorothy Ring, and Modena Dalton; and brother Jerry Burnett.  She was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and her church family.

Patsy gave her life to Jesus in 1961 and was a faithful member of Coulson Church. She dearly loved her church family and served as a Deaconess and in various other roles.

A private inurnment service will be held at the John E. Farmer Cemetery in Hillsville, Virginia.  Pastor Wayburn Mosley will officiate.
