Patricia Diane Frazier, 70 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at her home. Mrs. Frazier was born in VA to the late Robert White and Wilma Coley White. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Howard Frazier and her sister, Debra Sowers.

Survivors include her son Phillip Frazier; grandchildren, Brandon Frazier and Ashley Addison; great-grandchild, Oakland Addison; brothers, Thomas White, Gilmer White, Johnny White, and Barton White; sisters, Betty White and husband Phil, Carla Bolen, Pamela Frazier and husband Dooley, and Tammie Gallimore; special niece, Debbie Gallimore; special sister, Lil Bear. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Richard Gillispie officiating. Burial will follow in the White Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
