Owen Sean McLaughlin, most recently of the Elk Creek community, died on September 7th, 2022 at home.  He was born in the Bronx, NY on December 1, to Owen Alexander McLaughlin and Mary Mongan McLaughlin of county Tyrone, Ireland.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Jean, four daughters, Laura Noelle McLaughlin, Taryn Marie Ramer and spouse Steve Bentley Ramer, Justine Elaine McLaughlin, Jenna Frances Heise and spouse Robert Carl Heise and four grandchildren, Dylan Shane McLaughlin, Tatiana Marie Garcia, Benjamin Bjorn Heise and Johannes Carl Heise.  He is also survived by his brothers, Michael and Billy, and sisters Patsy, Peggy, Cathleen and Janey of NY and NJ and many nieces and nephews.

He loved the ocean, lifting his face to the sun, new life and above all his family.  Sadly missed until we meet on the other side.
