Orby Martin Alderman, 79 of Woodlawn, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Alderman was born in Carroll County to the late Orby Kyress and Betty Ruth White Alderman. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Norma Sue Alderman; sister, Velma Nester; and brothers, Carlos Alderman and Gaylean Alderman.

Survivors include his son, Alan Alderman; daughter, Lynn Alderman; grandchildren, Logan Alderman, Megan Morton, and Derek Alexander; two sisters, Wanda Mullins and Guida Nester; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services at this time. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady is serving the family.
