Norma M. Smith, 91 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Commonwealth Senior Living. Mrs. Smith was born in Lancaster, PA to the late Rev. James and Snowie Graybeal Hall. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Barton Smith and sister, Ruth Hall Seaton.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Marcia and Hal Kinlaw, Cindi Fisher, Jeff and Michelle Todd, and Monty and Kelly Todd; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A graveside service with burial will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Smith-Lindsey Cemetery with Rev. David Bays officiating. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
