Nicholas "Nick" Rife, 39, of Woodlawn, VA passed away peacefully on July 4 th , 2018. Nick was born on July 18 th , 1978 in Grundy, VA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Luther and Okey Rife and Paul and Burchie Vestal. Survivors include his wife, Kristen Rife, of the home; Son, Oliver Rife; Daughter, Isobella Rife; Parents, Earl and Barbara Rife of Grundy, VA; Brother, Jeff Rife of Clifton, VA; Brother and Sister-In-Law, Richard "Rick" and Lesley Rife of Manassas, VA; Nephews, Brady Rife and Theron Jennings, and Nieces, Taylor Rife and Gia Jennings.

Nick is also survived by his loving In-Laws, Elvin and Donna Jennings of Hillsville, VA and Jeffrey and Jaylene Jennings of Columbus, OH; and his beloved pets Spud and Lady.

Nick was a devoted and loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend. He loved music and enjoyed playing and building his guitars. He loved working with his hands and could always be found in his garage planning his next project. Nick will be remembered for his enormous heart and amazing sense of humor, both of which could bring life to any and every room.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Sunday July 8 th , 2018 at 2:00 PM. The Family will receive friends on Saturday July 7 th , 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
