Nancy Arleta McGrady, 84 of Asheboro, NC, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at Moses Cone Hospital. Mrs. McGrady was born in Carroll County to the late William Jethro & Ora Osa Nester Quesinberry. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Granville Rush McGrady. Mrs. McGrady is survived by her children Wayne McGrady of Asheboro, NC, Benton McGrady of Trenton, NJ, and Darlene McGrady of Asheboro, NC; half sister Mrs. Carroll Spence of Hillsville; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Isaac Quesinberry Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday one hour prior to the funeral service.
