Nancy Mae Lawson, 83 of Austinville, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Lawson was born in Carroll County to the late Troy Mack Purley and Susie Mabe Smith. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Vernard Smith and a sister, Ruby Hardy.

Mrs. Lawson is survived by her husband, Duel John Lawson and her son, Michael Ray Lawson and Fiancé, Tina Austin Davis. Her grandchildren, Kristie Paige Davis and Fiancé, Ashton Bowen, Stephanie Yvonne Lopez and husband, Fransico Lopez, Alana Faye Davis and Grace Smith and a great-granddaughter, Reina Lopez. She is also survived by her brothers, Willie Bo Smith and wife, Jenny and Earl Smith. And Special Friends, Jan Hawks and Wayne Vairs and Several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Pleasant View Church with Pastor Ricky Alexander and the Rev. Billy Dean officiating. The burial will follow in the Pickett Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pleasant View Church on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 6 – 9 P.M.
