Myrtle Joan Burnett, 71 of Austinville, Virginia passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Nellie Myers Flanagan; brother, James L. Flanagan.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Eveston Burnett; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Anne and Russell Hall, Cleva Quesenberry, and Pansy Howell; special friends, Holly Barlow and Anne Bedwell. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Hal Lewis and Rev. Chris Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Parnell Cemetery.
