Matthew Gabriel Ogle, 71 of Fries, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Mr. Ogle was born in Carroll County to the late Daniel Paul and Henrietta Montgomery Ogle.

Survivors include his siblings, Marcus Ogle (Lynn), Mavin Ogle (Charlotte), and Veronica Overbay (Matt); special friends and caregivers, Sharon Cooper and Nevada Martin; nephew, Isaac Ogle (Lizzie).

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Lee Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow in the Little Vine Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, from 10:00 until 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
