Mary Sue Wood, 72, of Christiansburg, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2007 in Arlington, VA. Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her husband Donald Wood. She is survived by her sons Michael Wood of Washington, D.C. and Richard Wood Annapolis, MD; sisters Genevieve Branscome and Imogene Dix both of Laurel Fork; and brothers & sisters-in-law Warren E. & Juanita Bolt of Hillsville and Archie & Peggy Bolt of Meadows of Dan.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Winston Puckett officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday night at the funeral home.
