Mary Belle Warner, 80 of Hillsville, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2006 at her residence. Mrs. Warner was preceded in death by her husband Billy Warner and son Richard Thomas Warner. She is survived by daughters & sons-in-law Julia (Cookie) & Bruce Lewis of Princeton, WV, Elenia (Kitty) & Nelson Montgomery of Dugspur, Mary Jane & Don Taylor of Abingdon, VA, and Kay Ann Andis of Beckley, WV; sons & daughter-in-law Walter William & Laura Belle Warner of Coal City, WV, Gary Warner of Huntington Valley, PA, and Billy Warner, Jr. of Hillsville; brother Johnny Hicks of Hillsville; half brothers & sisters-in-law Ted Jennings of Fries, Walter & Joyce Jennings of Salem, Ray & June Jennings of El Paso, TX, and Kermit Jennings of Hillsville; two half sisters; 20 grandchildren Walter Patrick Warner, John Henry Ingram Warner, Diana Lewis Albert, Debora Lewis Pettry, Robin Lewis, Keta Montgomery-Blanchard, Kari Montgomery-Oakes, Zachary Warner, Jacob Warner, Christina Warner Merreo, Richard T. Warner, William W. Warner, Erickalynn Dillard, Kevin Warner, Matthew Andis, Tiffany Andis Hylton, Robert Thomas, Jr., Scotty L. Thomas, Julie Vinson, and Luther Carroll, III; two special adopted grandchildren Leslie & Andrew Hanks; and 27 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 8:00 P.M. with the Rev. Steve Stephenson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Saturday evening prior to the memorial service.
