Mary Nancy Hodge Hill 68, of Hillsville passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical in Winston-Salem, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Walter and Lena Quesinberry Hodge; sister, Dorothy Hodge Sizemore; brother Terry Elwood Hodge. Survivors include her husband of 51 years Ray E. Hill; sons and daughter-in-law, Ray Preston and Amanda Hill, Don Lee Hill, and John Odell Hill all of Hillsville; daughters and son-in-law, Amy Marie Hill, and Donna Kay Hill and Tony Swink all of Hillsville; brothers and sisters-in-laws, John Walter Jr. and Tina Hodge of Draper, Jerry Billy and Carolyn Hodge of Barren Springs, Tommy and Joyce Hodge of Barren Springs, and Kenneth and Denise Hodge of Pulaski; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Jean and Harold Allison of Allisonia, Helen and Wayne Edwards of Barren Springs, Ada Hill of Galax, Della and Robert Rich of Dublin, Debbie and Charlie Corso of Austinville, Zana and Lee Jarrells of Hillsville, and Vanessa and Jeff Utt of Hillsville; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Garrett Hill, Ben Felts, Courtney Hill, Hannah and Caleb Hill, Amber and Mary Beth Roseberry; great grandchildren, Abi, Autumn, and Sydney Felts. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Independence Cemetery in Fancy Gap, Virginia with Brother Terry Simone officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 18, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Hill family.
