Mary R. Cochran, 96, of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Cochran was preceded in death by her husband Troy Franklin Cochran. She is survived by a son & daughter-in-law Emory M. & Margie Cochran of Wirtz, VA; three grandchildren Mary Ann Wright, Laura Lee Pahuta, and Troy Michael Cochran; and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Scott Robertson-Gouge officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service.
