Mary Ann Burnette, 70 of Hillsville, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 at her home. Mrs. Burnette was born in Woodlawn, Virginia to the late Jerry Madison and Effie Celia Cox Jennings. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Dewey Jennings and Guy Jennings.

Survivors include her husband, Jackie Burnette, Sr. son, Jackie Burnette, Jr. and Lori; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Family Cemetery with Pastor Angie Lineberry officiating. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
