Martha Mae Frazier Bullins, 77 of Woodlawn, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at her home.  Mrs. Bullins was born in Austinville, Virginia to the late Paul Frazier, Sr. and Ethel Shupe Frazier.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Paul Hill; brothers, Dennis "Roy" Frazier and Melvin "Gene" Frazier; and sisters, Lois Galimore and Freda Sowers.

Survivors include her husband, Jackie Bullins; children and spouses, Alan Hill, Janet and Roy King, and Jeanette and Doug Goad; grandchildren, Matt Hill, Taylore Hill, Jordan Sapp, Brittany King, Ava Goad, Mady Goad, and Coy Goad; brothers, James "Jimmy" Frazier (Wilma), and Paul "Buzz" Frazier (Karen); sister, Jewel Burcham (Paul); sister-in-law, Mardell Frazier; a special brother, Roy Bullins; special friends, Sabrina Sapp; Patrick Roberts and Amanda Johnson; several nephews and nieces; and a special pet, Molly.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Shorts Creek Cemetery at 11:00 AM with Matthew Adams, Junior Bullion, and Bobby Bullins officiating.  The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel from 9:30 until 10:30 AM prior to the graveside service.  The family will also be receiving friends at the home, at 81 Training Center Road, Woodlawn, VA, following the graveside service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
