Mark Timothy Woods, 55 of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023.  Mr. Woods was born in Galax on December 2, 1967.  He was preceded in death by his father, Edd Woods.

Survivors include his wife, Dina Dalton Woods; son, Ethan Woods; mother, Dorothy Woods; and brothers, Jimmy Woods (Sharon) and Wayne Woods.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Billy Burnett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
