Marcus Keith Lindsey, 61 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC.  Mr. Lindsey was born in Hillsville, Virginia on September 16, 1962.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Willadean Reece; maternal grandparents, Virginia and Jessie Reece; and paternal grandparents, Carl and Edna Lindsey.

Survivors include his wife, Linda C. Jenkins; father and step-mother, Lonnie Lindsey (Ima); children, Brandi McMillian (Adam), Zachary Keith Lindsey (Amanda), Raegan Carico (Ethan); step-daughter, Lauren Gunnell-Beck (Scott); step-son, Dustin Jenkins; grandchildren, Avery, Ava, Archer, Jaila, Jaiden, Hudson, Haisley, Eve, and Ema; siblings, Dena Lindsey, Jeff Lindsey (Sherry), Teresa Rotenizer (Mark); several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Ricky Kirby and Barry Edmonds.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastors Tim Hawks, Sam Holder and Adam McMillian officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
