Marbrie Nester Worrell, 66, of Dugspur, VA left this world for her eternal home on May 12, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack L. Worrell, her father and mother Sherman Troy Nester and Gladys Goad Nester, a grandson Robert Michael Adams, and a brother Joey Gray Nester. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law Marnita and David Hill of Stewartsville, VA and Marlene and Chris Garber of Copper Hill, VA; a son Tim L. Worrell of Bent Mountain, VA; her constant companion Bingo; brothers and sisters-in-law Elwood and Vada Nester, Layman and Gladys Nester of Morristown, TN, and Hillis and Melva Nester of Dugspur; sisters and brothers-in-law Wavie Olean Dalton of Dugspur, Bettie Dean and Barry Southard of Dugspur, and Treva and Chuck Denas of Fredericksburg, VA; sisters-in-law & spouse Maxine & Harrison Caudill and Rita Worrell; and grandchildren Brittany, Zach, and Jeremy Worrell, and Ashley Hill.

The funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Vaughan Guynn McGrady Chapel, with Pastor Greg Mills and Pastor Jimmy Marion officiating. Burial will follow in the Aaron Nester Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 14, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Flowers will be appreciated, however, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bent Mountain Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad, PO Box Drawer D, Bent Mountain, VA 24059.
