Mamie L. Andrews (Mize)

Andrews- Mamie L. Andrews (Mize) died peacefully November 15, 2020, at her home in Austinville, Va. with family by her side. She was born December 2, 1937, in Spotsylvania Va. The daughter of Edd and Nell Mize.

Mamie graduated from Spotsylvania High, class of 1956. Whereafter she married Lawrence Mills for 8 years and then Jay Andrews for 20 years. She worked at Blair's drug store 20 years before they closed. Mamie was an avid bowler. She was also the President for the Lakeside Women of the Moose.

Mamie is predeceased by her parents Edd and Nell Mize, husbands, Lawrence Mills and Jay Andrews, three step-children, Barbara, BO, Sissy; and two grandkids, Brandie and Mari.

Survivors include: sister Jean Wilcox, son, Vernon & Terri Andrews of Bluefield Va, daughter, Michele Bass & Bubba Martin of Henrico Va., son-in-law, Danny Stefurak of King William Va.; several grandkids, great and great-great grandkids and many nieces and nephews and many friends.
