Mae Bowen Myers 69 of Hillsville, VA passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Twin County Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Delcie Chapman Bowen; sisters, Evelyn Crum, Vada Hall; brother, Willie Bowen; brothers-in-law, Howard Myers, Tony Myers; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Myers.

Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Myers; children and spouses, Jeff and Diane Myers, Elizabeth and Jason Hancock, Angela and Jamie Rotenizer; grandchildren, Zachary, Desiree, Lane, Olivia, Dreighton, Alex, Mikaela, Isaiah, Rebekkah, Abigail, Austin, Sierra, Lance; great grandchildren, Noah, Thelma, Colton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Joyce Bowen, Kermit and Joan Bowen; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Clina Hall, Ann Myers, Irene Young, Maledia Boyd, Peggy and Pete Alexander, Leroy and Glenna Myers, Wanda Fairchild, Jerrel and Rhonda Myers, Juanita Pack.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, with Pastors David Akers and Timothy McBride officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Austinville, VA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 1:00 PM until service time at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel.  Vaughan-Guynn McGrady Chapel is serving the Myers family.
