Lucy L. Lewis, 95 of Hillsville passed away Saturday, January 14, 2006 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Nadene & Jack Janney of Hillsville; sister Odessa Meredith of Fancy Gap; daughter-in-law Lucella Lewis of Hillsville; grandchildren & spouse Sharleen & Glen Sage and Bill Lewis; and one great grandson Chuck Burnett. She was preceded in death by one son Edward G. Lewis.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Elder Lewis Vass officiating. Burial will follow in the James F. Goad Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday night at the funeral home. Flowers would be appreciated; however donations may be made the James F. Goad Cemetery Fund.
