Loyd Arleth Wells, 65 of Cana, formerly of Bluefield, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009 at his residence. He was preceded in death by a daughter Jessica Wells. Mr. Wells is survived by his son Jack Arleth Wells of Cana; daughter Maria Lynn Leopold of Littlestown, PA; brother Barney Wells of Culpepper, VA; sisters Deborah Wells Huerta of Rockville, MD, Carolyn Fenley of Winston Salem, NC, and Janice Kiser of Bluefield, VA; and three grandchildren Jessie Hensley, Hannah Leopold, and Joseph Leopold.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Mount Vista Roselawn Cemetery in Bluefield. Pallbearers will be Yogi Sexton, Richard Sexton, Asher Sexton, Christopher Sexton, Eric Doby and Ronnie Pruett.
