Linda Lou Stanley Goad, 84 of Laurel Fork, Virginia passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows in Laurel Fork, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wise Martin and Hallie Cox Stanley; husband, Oumah "Lucky" Goad; siblings, Luther Stanley, Frank "Joe" Stanley; brother-in-law, Gary Bartley

Survivors include her sons, Vince Goad (Debra) and Kevin Goad (Marti); grandchildren, Kristy Jones (Seth), David Patterson, and Katie Patterson; great-grandchildren, Trenton Newman and Maci Jones; sister, Sandra Bartley; sisters-in-law, Carolyn "Sue" Stanley and Geneva Stanley.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Crooked Oak Baptist Church with Pastor Sandy Hendrick and Pastor Ronnie Goad officiating. Burial will follow in the Spence Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Crooked Oak Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
