Linda Wade Jeffries, 79 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Waddell Nursing and Rehab. Mrs. Jeffries was born in Carroll County to the late William and Bennie Reames Wade. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, Bobby Frazier, Harrison McGuire, and Jack Jeffries; and brothers, William Wade, Jr., Waverly Wade, Jack Wade, and Grady Wade; and sister, Kathleen Cruise.

Mrs. Jeffries is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Delanya and Chadwick Tate of Fries and Jeanine and David Schoonover of Radcliff, KY; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Debra Frazier of Fancy Gap; grandchildren and spouses, Stephen and Erica Frazier, Brandon and Ame Frazier, Tristan Tate, Ethan Tate, Larry Schoonover, Janice Hodge, and Crystal Schoonover; great grandchild, Alexus Schoonover; sisters, Helen Barnes of Reidsville and Betty Mabry of Pembroke; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Scott Flippin officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardner Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
