Lillian Faye Burcham, 78, of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Burcham was born in Carroll County to the late Moody Tipton and Myrtle Dalton. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters and one great-grandchild.

Survivors include her husband, Lonnie Monroe Burcham of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Sarah and Bruce Burcham of Woodlawn, Kathleen and Kenneth Combs of Galax, and Rhonda Gay Sumner of Hillsville; sons and daughters-in-law, Frankie and Hazel Hill of Galax and Joe and Teresa Hill of Winston Salem, NC; brothers, Wayman Dalton of Pulaski and Junior Dalton and Richard Dalton both of Hillsville; sister, Wilma Martin of Hillsville; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and three step-great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Sam Holder and Rev. Tim Hawks officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
