Lilis Quesenberry, 89 of Dugspur, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC.  Mrs. Quesenberry was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late John Henry and Sylvia Clyde Stilwell Phillips.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Giles Lewis Quesenberry; daughter, Libby Haga (Jeffery); brothers, Larry J. Phillips (Beverly) and Lane D. Phillips; grandchildren, Jared C. Haga (Lauren) and Alyssa E. Haga; and great-grandchildren, Karsyn E. Haga and Tucker D. Haga.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Calvary Bible Church at 2:00 PM with Pastor Brent Carrick officiating.  Burial will follow in the Taylor Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Calvary Bible Church on Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Bible Church.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
