Lewis Banks Worrell 84 of Hillsville, Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at his home. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jerry S. Worrell; daughter, Tamara Worrell;  parents, George and Lula Branscome Worrell.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca "Becky" Worrell; children and spouses, William Worrell (Rebecca), Diedra Martin (Fredrick), and William Marr; grandchildren and spouses, Zachery Worrell (Reaghan), Tiffany Dickerson (Brandon), Jacob Worrell (Katrin), Abigail Davis (Colt), Chris Cooke, Sharon Marr, Emilie Ryan (Nick), Gage Cooke, Lauren Ventre, Roslyn Cooke, Elijah Thomas, Lillie Allen, Tyler Martin, and Cameron Gibson.
