Leo Elbert Phillips , 66, of Hillsville, passed away at his home on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Mr. Phillips was born in Christiansburg, Virginia to the late Holly and Nadine Shepherd Phillips.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Woods Phillips of Hillsville; sons and daughter-in-law, Brent Phillips and Kevin and Donna Phillips all of Hillsville; daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Josh Willis of Galax; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Janey Phillips of Max Meadows; sisters and brother-in-law, Justine and Glen Ramsey of Roanoke and Jackie Bianco of Wytheville; and four grandchildren, Ethan Phillips, Eden Phillips, Jordan Willis and Jesse Willis.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastors Tommy Barnes and Chip Neely officiating. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 6:00 until 900 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
