Laura Edwards Webb, 96, of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012 in Maidens, Virginia. Mrs. Webb was born in Carroll County on March 1, 1916 to the late Harbert Edwards and Leona Robinson Edwards. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Claude Allen Webb. Survivors include her daughter Bonnie Webb Manley of Maidens, VA; sons and daughters-in-law, James (Jim) and Susie Webb and William (Bill) and Collene Webb, all of Hillsville; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. A graveside service with burial following will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Monta Vista Memory Gardens with Rev. Norman Goad officiating. There will be no visitation. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
