Kevin Sebastian Webb, 45 of Laurel Fork, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026 at his home.  Mr. Webb was born in Stuart, Virginia on June 20, 1980.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Hylton Webb.

Survivors include his father, Donald L. Webb (Kay); sisters and spouses, Angelia Webb (Tony Horton), Samantha Surratt (Stacy), and Deirdre Edmonds (Billy); nieces, Sarah and Sydney; and his beloved dogs, Khaleesi and Marmon.

A private inurnment will be held at a later date in the Webb Cemetery.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
