Kemp Monoah Shockley 71 of Huntersville, NC passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edd Monoah and Alvera Schneider Shockley.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Harless Shockley of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Heather Shockley and Jay Ratteerree of Huntersville, NC; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Jamie Shockley of Monroe, NC; brother, Marvin Shockley; sister, Avis Thirsk; four grandchildren, Aaron Ratteerree, Alex Ratteerree, Waylon Shockley, and Wade Shockley.

Graveside Service and Burial will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 2:00 at the Shockley Cemetery with Grayson Pope officiating.
