Katherine Coulson Richardson, 90, of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Ms. Richardson was born in Hillsville, Virginia to the late Roby and Josie Bonds Coulson. Survivors include her children, Mary Richardson Collins of Cedar Bluff, VA, Terry Richardson of Hillsville, and Joe Richardson of Hillsville; sister, Alyene Wade of Hillsville; brother, Lee Coulson of Hillsville; and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church of Hillsville at 2:00 PM with Dennis Ward officiating. Inurnment will follow in Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the church. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
