Karen Alice Webb Edwards, 57 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Edwards was born in Carroll County on November 1, 1959 to Mary Lilly Bowman Webb and the late Herbert Milton Webb. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a son, Robert McKnight.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Kaili McKnight of Pulaski, VA; mother, Lilly Webb of Hillsville; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Clayron Webb of Winston Salem, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Ronald Hill of Hillsville; granddaughter, Lexi McKnight; grandson, Aiden McKnight; and special companion, Smokey.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Skyview Missionary Baptist Church at 4:00 PM with Rev. Wendell Horton, Rev. Gary Horton, and Rev. Charles Bunn officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb-Skyview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 3:00 until 4:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
