Junior Wyatt McGrady, 81, of Greensboro, NC passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Moses Cone Hospital. Mr. McGrady was born in Carroll County to the late Wyatt and Minnie Farris McGrady. Survivors include his wife, Nelda Avoline Bowman McGrady of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Charlene McGrady of Greensboro; daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Michael Bitner of Greensboro; brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Rosie McGrady of Floyd; sister, Pauline Epps of Macon, GA; sister-in-law, Helen McGrady of Greensboro; and two grandchildren, Amy and John Bitner. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Elder Tim McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Fork Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from1:00 until 2:00 PM, prior to the funeral service.
