Junior Haynes 72, formally of Carroll County, Virginia, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015 at his home in Florida. Mr. Haynes was born in Carroll County to the late, Leonard and Lula Goad. He is preceded in death by a Great-Grandson, Brantley Hall. Mr. Haynes is survived by his wife, Mary J. Haynes of the home, his children, Larry D. Haynes and wife, Celia of Summerfield, FL, Becky Horton and her husband, Lewis of Lebanon, VA Shannon Hall of Mt. Airy, NC, Eddie Upchurch and his wife, Deana of Mt. Airy, NC. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Adrian Haynes, Cristina Haynes both of Summerfield, FL, Lauren Coleson and husband Scott of Dobson, NC, Jordan Upchurch, Emily Hall, and Morgan Upchurch all of Mt. Airy, NC, Great-Grandchildren, Peyton Coleson, Bella Coleson and BryLee Hall. His Brothers, Roy Goad of Galax, VA, Lewis Goad and wife, Susie of Galax, VA, Sisters, Betty Moles and husband, CD of Hillsville, Judy Dickerson and husband, Jimmy of Hillsville, Margaret Mullins of Hillsville and Diane Sumner of Hillsville. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel in Hillsville with Rev. Lewis Horton and Rev. Scott Coleson officiating. The burial will follow in the C.C. Webb Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 1:00 P.M. until time of services.
