June Worrell Coe, 91 of Hillsville, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehabilitation with her family and pastor by her side. She was born in Carroll County to the late Norman Joshua Worrell and Susan Ann Elizabeth Blackard Worrell. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Carl Coe and grandson Shane Clark Templeton. Mrs. Coe is survived by her children & spouses Susan & Dennis Epperly of Montvale, VA, Shirley & Jerry Templeton of Sylvatus, Katy & Milton Cochran of Sylvatus, Mary & Rodney Combs of Cana, Franklin & Brenda Coe of Hillsville, David & Linda Coe of Sylvatus, Charles & Shirley Starr of Lynchburg, and Richard & Bertie Starr of Mount Airy, NC; sister-in-law Marianne Worrell of Annandale; 17 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Bays officiating. Burial will follow in the Joshua Worrell Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
