Joseph Andrew Nester, 60 of Austinville, passed away Friday, October 27, 2006 at Molanda Faye Adult Care in Abingdon, Va. Mr. Nester is survived by his sisters Pattie Sumner of Austinville and Betty Clay of Willis; three nieces Karen Clay, Sheila Palmer, and Jill Roope; and one nephew Gary Clay.

Funeral services will be Sunday October 29, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 1:30 PM with Elder Tim McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in the Nester Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Saturday night at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to your favorite charity.
