Jordan David Holder, 46 of Hillsville, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2009 at his home. Mr. Holder was born in Bethesda, MD to the late John Elbert Holder Sr. & Johan Wray Holder. He is survived by his brother & sister-in-law John E. & Angela Holder of Damascus, MD; aunts & spouse Dora Holder Mitchell of Vienna, VA and Linda & Dr. Ed Butler of Liberty, NC; nieces Johanna Holder and Ava Holder; several cousins; and Karen Pollard, Taylor Stern, Lucas Crawford, and Ashley Crawford.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 18, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Dr. John Dunstan and Pastor Chip Neely officiating. Burial will follow in the North End Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 4:00 until 6:00 PM.
