Jonas Lee Pike, 67, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at his home. Mr. Pike was born in Surry County, NC to the late Garfield Worth and Nora Elizabeth Noah Pike. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Garfield Pike, Jr., Clifford Pike, and Zebulon Pike; and two sisters and a brother-in-law, Francis Pike and Joyce and Bill Byrd.

Survivors include his wife, June Hall Pike of the home; children and spouses, Michelle and Tony Jenkins of Mount Airy, NC, Amanda and Joey Hearl of Mount Airy, and Travis Pike and wife, Emily Hale of Greensboro; seven grandchildren, Madison McDaniel, Kolby Jenkins, Kayden Jenkins, Kyson Jenkins, Jordan Hearl, Jamie Hearl, and Dani Jo Hearl; brother and sister-in-law, Russell and Hazel Pike of Mount Airy, NC; and sisters and brother-in-law, Geraldine Combs of Cana, Ida "Shirley" Thomas of Mount Airy, NC, and Debbie and Kennith Owens of Reidsville, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Airy First Pentecostal Holiness Church at 132 Chadwick Lane, Mount Airy, NC 27030 with Pastor Brian Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery in Fancy Gap. Military rites will be conducted by the Hillsville Grover King Post 1115 V.F.W. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
