John Wayne Taylor, 73 of Woodlawn, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at his home.  Mr. Taylor was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late John F. and Bessie P. Graham Taylor.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lexi Taylor.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Taylor; son, Scotty Wayne Taylor; grandchild, Jeremy Floyd Taylor and Fiancé, Kailey ; great-grandson, John Floyd Taylor and brother, Allen P. Taylor (Doris).

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel a 2:00 PM with family and friends speaking.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
