John Schrader, 56, of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Mr. Schrader was born in North Carolina on February 13, 1956 to the late John Burt And Emmee Rich Schrader. Survivors include his wife, Karen L. Schrader of the home; children, Amy Renee McCollum of Lincolnton, NC, John David Schrader of Gastonia, NC, and Sharon Ann Schrader of Charlotte, NC; step children, Jason Weibel of Newfane NY and Andrea Weibel of Lockport, NY; granddaughter, Heather McCollum; and step grandchildren, Natalie Wagner, Naiten Shorter, and Lillian Weibel. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
