Joel Daniel Beeson, 51 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mr. Beeson was born in Winston Salem, NC on September 13, 1966. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Opal Beeson and Coy and Mamie Banks.

Survivors include his parents, Daniel Fariss Beeson and Nancy Banks Beeson of Pilot Mountain, NC; daughter, Haley Alexis Beeson of Chapel Hill, NC; brothers, Paul Edward Beeson and wife, Beth of Pilot Mountain, NC and Troy Marlon Beeson of Raleigh, NC; uncle, Joseph R. Beeson, Jr.; niece, Danielle Beeson; and nephews, Jacob Beeson, Lucas Beeson, and Braden Beeson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 1:00 PM with Rev. Kevin Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinson/Beeson Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 until 1:00 PM prior to the funeral service.
