Jimmy Franklin Robertson, 57, of Hillsville passed away on Friday, August 9, 2013 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Robertson of the home; children and spouses, Bobby and Myra Manuel, Steve and Martina Manuel, and Teressa and Kris Hurst all of Hillsville; brothers and spouse, Jack and Linda Robertson, and Dale Robertson all of Mt. Airy, NC; sister, Susan Robertson of Mt. Airy; five grandchildren, Allison Hurst, Haley Hurst, Chelsea Manuel, Samantha Manuel, and Joshua Boyd. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Morris Cemetery with Pastor Joe Shumate officiating. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the Robertson family.
