Jewel Judy DeBolt, 73 of Woodlawn, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Northern Hospital of Surry County.  Mrs. DeBolt was born in Elk Creek, Virginia to the late Ernest and Edith Moretz Billings.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Chapman Billings.

Survivors include her son, William "Bill" Bowers.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Galax Moose Lodge from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel served the family.
